You ever notice that when somebody gives you a spoken estimate on how long something will take in terms of minutes, they never go over 5-minute increments. I’ve never heard somebody say, “ahh, ’bout 30-40 minutes; ahh, bout 10, 20 minutes…”

I just wanted to share that with you. That made me chuckle for some odd reason.

After about 5 months of no Cable, and no ‘other’ form of entertainment besides surfing the web and playing video games (and downloading the occasional movie…and going out with a friend–I have some!!! Who said I didn’t???!!!), I have come to the conclusion that I actually do miss television.

I didn’t think it’d be such a problem; besides, as stated above, I do have avenues for entertainment…but there’s something about TV. Can’t quite put my fi–OH I KNOW WHAT IT IS!!! (more…)
