Tabletop, at that! Now, I can’t honestly say that I’ve played D&D or any other tabletop RPG before, but I just think this is pretty cool to see. This collection of gaming mavens inexplicably includes pornstar Sasha Grey. But hey, I guess she can do more than 69 things, amirite?

Ingredients — Bread

I found this article highly informative, easy to digest (no pun intended), and I take it for face value. The more complex chemistry behind different interactions with starch and other molecules can be researched at depth elsewhere…but this is all I need to know to have a better understanding of what kind of bread is better to eat.

I think I’ma start eating wheat bread only now…but the transition is gonna be haaaaaaard!

And yes—to my close friends…I see the irony. I definitely see it.
